How teachers can motivate students

Motivate students it's really difficult, especially when they don't fell motivated any longer


Step 1

Be confident, a good listener and open minded, students need to be comfortable with a teacher.


Step2

Promote team work, students can help each other and create a good atmosphere in class

Step 3

Don’t forget to evaluate regularly the students, even if most of them don’t like test, it’s a good way for them to keep the rithm.

 

Step 4

At the end of the year make a little trip to recognize their good job during all classes

 

Step 5

Be creative: try to insert funny and educative activities during classes, it’s another to learn new things, don’t forget to insert rewards for winners.
